The Ring Test
To measure an existing ring.

1. Select a ring that fits the desired finger.

2. With a ruler, measure the diameter of the internal circle of the ring in mm.

3. Use the chart below to find the corresponding ring size.

The Paper Test
To measure your finger.

1. Cut a strip of paper that is at least 10cm long.

2. Wrap it snuggly around your finger, the tighter the better, to find your best fit.

3. Using a pencil or a pen, mark where the ends overlap.

4. Lay it flat and use a ruler to measure the length in mm.

5. Use the chart below to find the corresponding ring size.
