The Ring Test
To measure an existing ring.

Select a ring that fits the desired finger.

With a ruler, measure the diameter of the internal circle of the ring in mm.

Use the chart below to find the corresponding ring size.

The Paper Test
To measure your finger.

Cut a strip of paper that is at least 10cm long.

Wrap it snuggly around your finger, the tighter the better, to find your best fit.

Using a pencil or a pen, mark where the ends overlap.

Lay it flat and use a ruler to measure the length in mm.

Use the chart below to find the corresponding ring size.
