Your ring comes with a one-year warranty for the original purchaser. It does not cover chips, breaks, scratches, abrasion, misuse, loss, theft, or lost gemstones.

Because every ring is made to order, we do not offer exchanges or replacements. Repairs from normal wear and gemstone replacements can be done at cost. Repairs by third parties are not covered by the warranty. Our estimated repair time is 8–10 weeks. After the first year, we’ll evaluate and quote any repair you may need.

Choose the option that works best for you:

• Monthly installments: Pay in 3 or 6 months with Tasa Cero or Credix, or 12 months with MiniCuotas. Production takes 6–8 weeks after payment is processed.
• 50/50: 50% deposit and 50% once we send you photos of your finished ring. Production takes 6–8 weeks after the deposit.
• 30/30/40: Pay in three installments. Once we receive the second 30%, production takes 4–6 weeks. The final 40% is due once we send you photos of the finished ring.
