A talisman that invites us to trust the invisible and remember that even when we move slowly, with consistency and determination, we will eventually arrive where we want to go.
My inspiration for Caracola comes from the Italian saying “piano piano si va lontano”, little by little you go far. The snail became the second image I held onto. At first glance it may not seem impressive but it carries everything it needs on its back, tucked away and protected. It moves slowly, but always with intention.
With Caracola I wanted to give form to these two invisible talismans because sometimes we need a physical object we can keep close, that helps us hold and focus an intention, and that allows us to release the weight we often don’t even notice we’re carrying.

We offer exchanges within 30 days for unused pieces in perfect condition, whether you need a different size or another piece. We do not offer cash refunds.

Materials
Materials
Each Carao piece is individually and ethically handmade in 925 silver by expert silversmiths. 925 Sterling Silver is made of 92.5% pure Silver. Since ours is nickel-free, it is hypoallergenic.
Our gold vermeil consists of a thick layer of gold which gives the pieces their long-lasting color. We use 18k gold layered on sterling silver.
Pearls
We use cultured freshwater pearls that we carefully select for craft all Carao pieces from our Pearl Collection.
Gemstones
All of our gemstones are lab-created. This means they are authentic gemstones but are human-made instead of mined from the earth. All gemstones are AAA quality.
