We offer exchanges within 30 days for unused pieces in perfect condition, whether you need a different size or another piece. We do not offer cash refunds.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. GAM orders are delivered by courier, while orders outside the GAM ship with Correos de Costa Rica. See our shipping information here.

Materials
Materials
Each Carao piece is individually and ethically handmade in 925 silver by expert silversmiths. 925 Sterling Silver is made of 92.5% pure Silver. Since ours is nickel-free, it is hypoallergenic.
Our gold vermeil consists of a thick layer of gold which gives the pieces their long-lasting color. We use 18k gold layered on sterling silver.
Pearls
We use cultured freshwater pearls that we carefully select for craft all Carao pieces from our Pearl Collection.
Gemstones
All of our gemstones are lab-created. This means they are authentic gemstones but are human-made instead of mined from the earth. All gemstones are AAA quality.
